The Gentlemen's Tasting Club (or GTC) is a private organization as diverse, robust and devoted as the characters portrayed by Alexandre Dumas as his legendary musketeers — Porthos, Athos, Aramis and d'Artagnan.

Initially drawn together to explore bourbon in all it's wonder and variation, the GTC has expanded in depth and breadth of gustatorial investigations as the years have gone by.

There are only 4 seats in the club, which meets weekly on Wednesday evenings from 6pm 'sharp' until 7pm 'or so' at the location-and-password-protected Wombat Lounge (see below).

The chairs are hereditary, and as such, there are no further memberships available. Dozens have pleaded, but alas...

However, several times per year, Miss Molly indulges the GTC by allowing them to throw parties at her firepit.

The GTC invites the choicest of boon companions — gentlemen who can tell a joke or take a good-natured punch; keep a confidence or 'fess up'; enjoy the tastes of life and can hold their liquor.

This is what it's all about.
